Video game dependency is a form of media addiction that impacts millions of children, teens and young adults across the globe. In this 10-week program, teenagers are connected with other individuals who are struggling with internet gaming disorder and related conditions. Participants will benefit from a new, healthy social circle and listening to the feedback and experiences of others. Through education, art therapy, anger management, and socialization skills, teens will gain knowledge and receive support in numerous areas—allowing them to reconnect with family, friends, and their inner self.
