Mind-Body Fertility Workshop

Women struggling with infertility often experience levels of stress and depression comparable to those diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. By introducing effective mindfulness practices, the Mind-Body Fertility Workshop gives you the tools to cope with stress, help reduce feelings of sadness and depression, feel more in control of your journey, relieve emotional distress, and connect with others who truly understand what you are going through. This 10-week program incorporates relaxation techniques, gentle yoga, nutrition information, infertility myth busting, and skills for navigating conversations with family, friends, and coworkers.


  • Commitment: 10 sessions, 2 hours each
  • Participation Fee: $500
  • Group Leaders: Kasia Maguire, LMHC, and Elise Linder, LCSW
  • Dates/Times: Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., March 9 – May 18, 2019
